1. Select "Student Affairs, Office of Vice President" from the Gift Area dropdown menu

2. Select "RecSports-Sport Clubs (please specify)" from the Sub Department dropdown menu

3. Enter the amount you wish to donate in the box next to the Gift Area

4. Enter "UT Men's Ultimate" into the comments section on the right side of the page
